If you’re getting a 500 error on your site, you should first contact your host. This is a server error. Generally, your host will be able to give insight as to why this error is showing because your server will have error logs that outline the cause of the error. Plus your hosting provider’s support is in the best position to fix this as it will likely require access to your server files.

If your hosting provider is subpar and are unwilling to help then please feel free to ask us about it on the forums! We are always willing to help where we can.
