Hello Team,

I am trying to replicate block design done with Ultimate Addons of Gutenberg.

The block is called Inline Notice:

My issue is how to add a background highlight to the heading as you can see from the image in the below link:

It seems the highlight color of the advanced heading is not woriking.

Please have a look and let me know.
