Duplicating virtue style 3 without installing demo content

Hi – I already have a site and I’ve been using Virtue Premium (I also have a membership). I would love to duplicate Virtue’s Site Style #3 that’s on your demo, but I can’t install the demo content or it will overwrite my own content and settings. Is there a place where I can find all the settings for this layout where I can manually set them up on my site? I love everything exactly as I see on the demo page – just can’t run the risk of overwriting my own content as I’m sure you can understand, lol. Any help is appreciated – thanks!! 🙂
