This is a test site only, but I noticed this as I was doing a site for one of my clients.

As you can see, the header gets mixed up on a browser resize. It happens with Chrome, Safari and Firefox. In Safari this behavior shows up much quicker than in the other Browsers.

I did a sticky header on desktop and mobile only for the bottom row of the header. The navigation style is set to full height.
