How to place an element right after featured image

Hello, I am trying to hook an element right after the featured image in single posts (the featured image that has the overlay effect)
but it is not appearing right after the featured image, Ive tried : before all content – (it appears above) before content (it appears in the content) before inner content (the same) before entry content (the same)
Maybe i need a custom hook? not sure

Using the Chrome inspector, Ive dragged and dropped the element right after the <!—.entry-hero–> and then it has the desired effect
