    Hi there,

    I have the kadence form block setup as a contact form.
    The problem is that I would like to have the subject field reflected as the actual email subject. (so not a predefined subject)
    My email is merging all emails with the same subject and sender email, and this makes it very to keep track of all contact form submissions.
    Any idea how I could achieve this?
