Overlay sticky header not responsive in IE

Hello Ben,

I also tested my website in IE and it works fine except that it seems there’s a layer in overlay over the pages so the pictures seem lighter than in chrome and firefox.
It looks like the white overlay background of sticky header affect the whole page.
Besides, If I shrink the browser to simulate different screens the sticky header white overlay doesn’t shrinks and cover all the page. The same is for the logo which hold his size during the shrinking, this happen in any browser.
Maybe you know hot to fix it, otherwise I have to use the theme with no sticky header active.
