Woocommerce Checkout Error Messages obscured by menu bar

Hi,
as the title suggests, there is a bad UI situation which has emerged (I don’t know how long this has been the case) where error messages on the checkout page are obscured by the menu bar in desktop & mobile mode.
For example, if I place an order and don’t check the “Accept terms & conditions” checkbox… the page scrolls up to the error message that says “Please read and accept the terms and conditions to proceed with your order.” however it doesn’t scroll up far enough and leaves the message hidden behind the menu bar.
How can this be resolved without having to unsticky the menu?
