Credit Balance
Free users start with 250 free credits. Premium Plan holders also receive credits. You should ensure you have a sufficient amount of AI Credits when trying to generate AI Content. If you do not have enough credits, you will run into errors. You can view our AI Credit Guide Here.
OpenAI and Kadence AI Status

Double Check Your AI Details
Whenever you encounter an issue with Generating the Initial Content or generating content of any kind using Kadence AI, you may want to ensure your AI Details are properly filled out. You can update your AI Details by going to the Dashboard -> Kadence -> Home page. You can also update your AI Details from the Design Library. You should ensure you have filled out all of your AI Details and you shouldn’t leave any fields empty throughout the process.
You should also fill out your AI Details using the same language specified in your AI-Language selection. For example, if you selected your AI Content Language as Spanish, you should fill out your description and details using Spanish. If you decide to switch to a different language to generate content, you should also update your AI Details to use that language.

Checking Error Logs
You should also check for Console Logged Errors. Errors in the console can provide more insight into the issue you are facing.
Additionally, you should check your WordPress Error Logs. Some Hosting Providers offer a built-in way to view the WordPress Error Logs. If yours doesn’t, you can enable the Error Log by following a guide like this one.
