Where to Update API

Hi there,
We have been having issues with Virtue Premium as we installed it and we have bought theme after it…we not getting any option to make it LICENCE …where to update the API keys and how to do that?
Also we want some help for child theme creation? We did all the changes in original theme and its running version of 3.4
Please help.
