Missing text in order e-mails

Hello,
On my woocommerce e-mails there are missing orderno, header for customer details, and header for Billing and shipping address on the e-mails, and the footer text are also gone.
Is it possible to add extra text somewhere to the order email?
Is there a way for me to send you a screendump so you can see?
Can you please help.
