Update Cart Button Not Working Properly

Hello
We are about to go live with the shop and we are running Virtue.
After the recent Woocommerce update we had several issues but managed to fix them.

If you go to Shop, select an item and proceed to Checkout, and then try to change and update quantity of product, it updates once but then the plus and minus are gone.
Tried 2016 theme and it works.
Can you please assist us with this issue.
