Error when installing Kadence Slider and Cyclone Slider Pro

I’m sure someone has asked this before, but when I’m trying to install these two theme recommended plugins I’m getting two near identical errors. For example for the Kadence Slider I get: “Destination folder already exists. /customers/4/1/8/europeansociety.co.uk/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/kadence-slider/”
Hopefully there’s a very easy fix for this! Thank you for your time.
