White spacing under footer

Hello,
Hope you guys are well. Just working on a site and the client has said that they are seeing a white gap at the bottom of their screen. I have checked on a 21″ mac but they have a 27″. They are asking me to remove it. I think it is down to there not being enough content however they have said that they don’t want any more content adding :(.
Any suggestions?
