Contact Form Mails Going To Spam

Hi
For some reason some of our mails coming from the contact form is going to spam. We use google for work and the gmail online interface. Creating filters within gmail to ‘never send to spam’ creates more and other problems.
A real solution would be to whitelist the ip address – how do i go about getting the ip address? Is it a kadence theme setting or is it something we would find from our email hosting settings? In the kadence themes all it asks is for the email address contact form entries should be sent to.
If it is a kadence theme setting – is the ip address used static so that a whitelist would work?
