Woocommerce Cart page Cart Totals area disappears.

Hello. I have a weird issue on my website. Whenever you adjust the quantity of the items in the cart by using the + or – and press update cart after the page refreshes the Cart Totals area of the page disappears. To get it back you have to press the page reload button on the browser. This happens on desktop and on mobile. I have not tried to rollback Woocommerce or the Virtue Theme version. I have disabled other plugins to see if they cause the problem but no solution so far. I will post a link to the website shortly.
