Revolution slider and theme update issues

Hello,
I am still having problems with the revolution slider – have increased the memory size so no longer getting an error message BUT now I can only see the slider if I am logged in – so in other words ALL visitors to my site cannot see it AT ALL! What can I do to fix this?
Secondly a client who’s site is also using Pinnacle theme – has completely lost the slider! Had exact same issue with error so sorted that, then updated both Pinnacle theme and it’s somehow managed to get rid of Rev Slider – so now in the bundle it says ‘install’ but can’t be installed as it’s already there BUT can’t be found in plugins – so can’t activate or anything
