Adblock kills main menu in chrome

Hi there,
many customers reported, that no main menu visible on my site. After a short revision I found out, that Adblock kills the main menu in Chrome. At first, I don’t want to use anti-adblock on my site, because there are no ads, its a B2B site for our customers. Any solution? Theme version 3.7.9.
