Second Installation of Pinnacle Theme

Dear Pinnacle Team,
I created our site http://www.iiamo.com with the Pinnacle/Pinnacle Child Theme. For our shop we link at the moment to another site.
Now I want to set up a shop with WooCommerce (and some Plugins so it fulfills the German law requirements). An external consultant has created a developer environment so I can try out there the possibilities of WooCommerce.
Should I install our Pinnacle theme (or only the Child Theme) a second time in this new folder or which procedure do you recommend (the development environment is located in a subfolder of iiamo.com/)?
Do you have any tutorials on the usage of Pinnacle togehter with WooCommerce?
