problems activating virtue toolkit plugin

Hi Ben
I have just noticed that virtue toolkit plugin was not activated and when I tried to do it the following error happened:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare portfolio_post_init() (previously declared in /home/jpiresor/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/lib/post-types.php:6) in /home/jpiresor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/virtue_toolkit/post-types.php on line 58
Could you please tell me what to do?
