How do I use my premium them for another website?

I have recently purchased a new domain for myself and my daughter and have started off my downloading your free Kadence Virtue theme for us BUT I believe (if I remember correctly) I am able to use the premium version that I purchased around a year ago for captureandcreate for up to another 5 websites???. Is this correct please and if so how do I do this?
I have tried “Add new themes” then found the original .zip file that I used when starting out but unfortunately when I press “Install now” it says “This site cannot be reached” (I’m guessing because there have been several updates to the original theme that I purchased.
Please can you advise how I progress
