Personalize my header

Hello everyone

My name is Martin and I run the website anata.fr. I bought the Virtue Premium theme and I am very satisfied by the features (especially the fixed header). However, I have two small “problems” i would like to fix on my hearder

First problem (the most important one)

The left side of the menu is too much in the right, which force me to have small size of character in order that the menu will fit in one line. Do you know how to manage so i can put the menu a little bit more on the left?

Second problem: color of the menu

On my website, once you are in a category, it is highlight in light grey as you can see under

But if you scroll up to the top, the grey “box” is a bit too squared for me

Is that possible to decrease the height of the button marked in grey as seen below?
