Pinnacle Site Style Header with Virtue?

I like the transparent Site Style Header you show in the Pinnacle “Demo-Store-Style”. Is there a way to do that or something similar with the Virtue theme Site Style 4 we are currently using? (What I like about it are the transparency, the “shrink with sticky” feature and that it stays consistent on all pages, including the home page).
