How to duplicate the Virtue Theme shop page

A Really Nice Theme!…but a beginner here, trying to figure things out.
Installed the Virtue-Premium Theme along with the Demo Content. Imported the style 02 option (logo in the center) as my template and added a “Shop” page to the main menu. Currently, the “Shop” page shows all the products in the Demo Content. How can I now do the following:
Duplicate the “Shop” page (Tried to “Add New” page, but did not see any “shop style” template option, and when I try to Edit the “Shop” page there is no content to copy). Would like to create “Shop” pages that displayed not “all” products but category products for sub-links (categories) under “Shop”. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
