Streamline Above Menu

Hi, I’m not sure if this is doable, but I thought I would ask.
I am using Virtue premium with the first logo layout which gives me a logo on the left and then the menu on the right. I would like to insert a streamline above the right hand menu, with the menu bottom aligned to the bottom of the logo on its left and the strapline centred above the menu. Is this doable in virtue?
The website in question is http://www.karmatest.co.uk and the tagline or streamline I want to add above the menu is “We Love Dogs!”
