Pages become unresponsive when uploading demo content.

Hi,
I have recently started hosting a new wordpress website. After purchasing your Pinnacle theme, I activated it ad uploaded the demo content using Kadence Importer. Soon afterwards however, ‘page unresponsive- page so and so took to long to respond’ popped up. Re-installing the wordpress app and going through the same proses of installing/activating the theme and plugins yielded the same result: after uploading demo content, any pages became unresponsive.
Could you please inform me on how to proceed or what to do to fix this problem? Thanks.
