"Similar Posts" slider changes heights, effects reading

I really like the Similar Posts slider at the bottom of posts, but due to different lengths of titles or summaries, the vertical height of the windows moves. This makes the blog text jump around while you’re trying to read it — especially noticeable on a phone.
Is there a snippet of code I put in my child theme to make all the Similar Posts windows be a minimum or same height? And if so, which file do I need to put it in?
