Background image in Image Menu

Dear support,
I am having issues with the background image of the two image menu items: actually they do not show up!
Can you please help?
The link to the page is *Login to see link Ideally I would like to create a Box with an image on top, a title, description and link to an external page. I could easily do that using PageBuilder but I am trying without.
