Space between Header and Content

There’s about a 15px space between my header and content. I’d like to move the content up and remove the space.

I know you’ve seen this question before and I even tried some of the answers found here but none has worked. I tried:

div#primary {
margin-top: -10px;
}

and

.home-margin {
margin-top: 0px;
}

Neither worked for me.
