Newbie – 'icon-comment" goes missing in virtue premium upgrade??

Today, after a couple weeks of working with the Virtue theme I decided to upgrade to Membership. I have been out of the loop with WordPress and am extremely new to Virtue Premium so I have much to learn. I have been impressed with Virtue. Really like it.
I downloaded Premium, installed it, and things started looking not so good. I followed the instructions to copy / paste file data but it didn’t take. So, I’m currently fixing things.
One of the things that happened is that menu icons disappeared. Examples include icon-building, icon-shopping-cart, icon-comment and icon-shopping-cart. They exist on the icon pages for Virtue but not Virtue Premium.
Am I supposed to be merging the two sets of icons somehow? I don’t understand why an upgrade would send me backwards; so I’m hoping I missed some instructions.
By the way, shouldn’t the main page for support forums says “forums” under the Membership category rather than “forms”? –> “Support forms for all membership plugins”.
I really am impressed with Virtue. Good work, people!
