Certain theme options no longer working

Hello,

I seem to be having issues with various virtue theme styling and theme options not working (suddenly). It has been fine up until today. I know this could mean just abut anything, however, I had installed one woocommerce shipping plugin which I’ve since removed and that is about all that has been done short of adding products.

My archive product list is set to 5 items but shows 4 and now wraps. There is a strange little search icon over my content title (I’ve removed in the chrome inspector with now results). Also even the basic archive product template is missing styles that are in the theme. I have a child theme, but it doesn’t seem to matter which I use, it still has the same problem.

I have another new site using basically the same setup and it has no problems – same updates and same plugins. When I inspect the site products for the non-working site, the entire page is constructed differently (li tags for products instead of the normal div tags).

I’ve tried just about everything, disabling plugins, using the parent theme etc. but can’t figure out why this one suddenly stopped working. I’ve even done a tail -f on my php error log and it shows no errors (I’ve found that useful for plugin conflicts in the past).
