Make fullwidth slider responsive on desktop and mobile?

Hi, how can I make the fullwidth slider to be responsive on desktop and mobile devices. Its currently not. Thanks! I am actually not using it as a slider… its the only way I found to display a full width image below the header. I have only one image there and its not responsive. Also, how can I remove the arrows from the mobile version?
