Change all instances of "Cart" in Woocommerce to Basket.

Hello Ben and company. I have been trying to do as the Title of this topic says “Change every instance of the word Cart in Woocommerce” for a couple of days now. I have read a lot about Poedit and Loco Translate and I have tried them but nothing is working. I have read several topics in this Support Forum even one with almost the same name as my topic title that I chose and nothing is clear on how to do it properly. I can give you access to my website and FTP access as well if needed but I’m stomped at this point.
I would also like to know how I can change the Cart icon that is used in the Primary menu to a basket icon or whatever icon I would like to use. I know how to change the one that appears in the Top Bar area already.
