Testimonial grid problem

When I set my testimonial grid page to ‘show all’ instead of a value none of the testimonials appear.
When I set it to any value per page (say 16 per page) they do show up.
This means I can not show all the testimonials and have to have sub pages.
One thing to mention is that ‘all’ was set on the draft version of my site but problem exists when deploying on the actual site (a different WP installation but up to date on both WP and Theme).
