API key and Email

It asks for an activation API key and email. I supply and
and click the update button. It loads and then the key I gave and email disappears. It (what I supplied) goes on and on.
This is a brand new install of WP. I had no problem activating Site-origin plugins.
The Virtue Premium is updating alright. It is the latest version.
