Virtue bold install does not work

Hi,
I subscribed to membership, in order to install Virtue Bold Child theme.
I have install both Virtue Premium and Virtue Bold, entered my API keys in the Virtue Premium Getting Started admin page … but I can activate Virtue Bold. All what I get is “The parent theme is missing. Please install the “virtue_premium” parent theme.”
What are the exact steps to install this theme?
