WooCommerce odd behavior when 'placing order'

I’m using Pinnacle Premium on a small author’s site. Hosted on BlueHost. We’ll be selling books with WooCommerce, with SimplifyCommerce enabled for gateway. Everything is working perfectly. Orders are going through to SimplifyCommerce.

The only problem is that when user clicks the “PLACE ORDER” button, the order goes through, but the page doesn’t give any clues that the order went through. It’s very strange in that you can hardly tell that anything happened. The page kind of greys out for a few seconds, then quietly returns to full light and – nothing. All the data is still sitting in the form fields – credit card stuff, password if they were creating an account. The temptation is to click the buy button again, because it feels like nothing happened first time around.

Any known cause/fix for this? Here’s the link, although I doubt if you can see it in action unless you buy a book.

Thanks!
Chris
