Contact form email issue

I have had customers that say they have sent emails through the contact form in the theme but I do not receive them. They are not going to junk or clutter email either. I have checked the settings and everything is as it should be. I have received them in the past but now they have stopped. Could you please help me fix this issue? Thanks
