Help with main menu please

Hi
In the course of trying to follow instructions on the Support Forums to change the hover color of my menu icons and text I have managed to delete all of my custom CSS (as you can probably guess I’m new to this and I learnt a lesson the hard way!)
Can someone please give me a steer and where to go to fix the issues with the main men? The two left menu items should be Home and Stories and on the right is Pics and Contact. The logo should be centred.
Or could I start again with the Kadence Importer or will this override content that I have already uploaded?
