Secondary Menu background bug

Hi,
Since I removed the logo area and moved the logo within the topbar (please have a look shop.vivilondra.it) I have been experiencing a problem. The background color of the secondary menu is half cut, it doesn’t show the color at full height. It only happens when the scroll bar is at the very top, then everything becomes normal when I start scrolling the bar.
It doesn’t always happen, I have a screenshot in case you need it!
