Remove and change sidebar

Hi,
I need help in removing a sidebar from my blog page and replacing it with another. At the moment the same sidebar (Primary) is on the static home page and on the blog page (*Login to see link I want to use sidebar1, and later add a couple of customized sidebars to other pages. I have used every combination I can think of of templates and settings. No change. Site is *Login to see link Thanks. Geoffrey.
