Problem with Image Flip option

Good morning:
I wanted to submit a request for assistance with the Image Flip option on my website’s WooCommerce shop. It was previously working but has stopped and now maintains just a static image in the Feature and regular shop pages even though there is a second image allocated for each product in the product page listings.
Appreciate any guidance you could provide. Thank you in advance for the help. Javier
