How do I remove admin bar at the top.

When a user is logged in on the page, then comes a wordpress bar at the top.
How do I remove it so that it only visible for the administrator.
I use Ultimate Member, to user login.
In addition, I use Woocommercer to showcase the recipes I have, which are picture recipes.
Is there a CSS code that can remove this wordpress admin bar for logged in user, or is there anything else I can do to remove it.

By the way, it is not possible to creating user right now because it is off.
