Google Analytics Script code

Hi Ben,
Thanks for your help in the past.
I have put the Google Analytics ID in the Advanced Setting area, now I have the Script that I am supposed to put in the header.php or footer.phg after the first opening body tag.
When I look at these files, they don’t seem to have a <body> tag.
Can you help please.
