Safari Menu duplication

I have someone on an Imac using the Safari browser that is seeing the main navigation menu displaying twice, with the problem being it shows up over the homepage slideshow which I do not want. So far I have been unable to replicate the issue. We are using Virtue theme at http://www.richardsonfarms.net/files2016. Here is the screenshot:
