Virtue Theme conflict with Next Gen plugin on shop pages

I am having problems with the newest update and my nexgen plugin. I have deactivated the theme and used wordpress 2015,and storefront and there was no conflict. I have tried both using child theme and not using the child theme – same results. I am using the link to show what is going on. I thought it was nexgen fault but it works with the other themes.

This is a brief look at what is coming up on shop pages. Homepage is okay.
