Static new page w/o sidebar

Hi, I’m watching the demo for “Using Page Builder” *Login to see link
and in it, Hannah creates a new page without a sidebar.
Everytime I try to duplicate the instructions presented, my page has a sidebar.
My goal is to create a page that exists in the dropdown navigation that is static and does not contain a sidebar. How can I set a static page without making it HOME.
