Hello,

I’m trying to change the background color and also the font color of just one item of the menu. I’ve already red some posts here that led me to use this CSS on the advanced options: #nav-second ul.sf-menu > li.menu-item-51 {background:#ff5c5c;color:#fff } (the menu item is indeed number 51, by the way)

For the background color it worked fine, but it doesnt change the font color. I tried all tips that I found on this forum, even a CSS that you posted for flashing a single menu item, but it also didn’t work.

Maybe it’s because I already selected another color on the menu options tab (#1c6e45), that should be used for the other menu items…

Anyways, I appreciate if you could help me out on this. I can’t make this link public yet, because it’s my client’s website and there is an “under construction” page, but if you like I can create a user for you guys log in.

Thank you so much,
F.
