Updating the footer for a custom layout.

Hello,
I was wondering if it were possible to update the footer on this page..
I tried to fake it and put a row above the footer so that I could put all of our “sponsors” right above the social media icons, and it looks fine, however, the problem is that we are having to update the sponsors All the time. Which is a bit troublesome considering I have to update a row on about 32 different pages any time one changes.
Do you have a recommendation on how I could better address this?
