Can't install Kadence Slider Pro Error: Sorry, you are not allowed to access

Hi,
Hope you can help. I’m trying to install the Kadence Slider Pro plugin. When I go to Settings > Apprearance > Recommended Plugins > Kadence Slider Pro – I get the following error message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”
Is there any way to resolve this?
